January 17, 2019, the city olympiad was held among pupils of 11 classes at the Eurasian National University. L.N. Gumilyov "Man. Society. Right". The competition was attended by 6 sections, including 70 schools of the Akmola region and the city of Astana, the Republican Physics and Mathematics School, the Economics College, 1,040 students from Koyandinskaya, Talapkers secondary schools and 962 school graduates.
At the opening ceremony of the Olympiad, the head of the Center for Vocational Guidance and Testing, MS Aralkhanov, Deputy Director of the Department for Academic Affairs Sh. T. Akhmetova made a welcoming speech and explained the purpose of the event.
The head of the faculty of the Saule Amandykova informed about the importance and vital need of the specialties studied at the faculty and noted the advantages and achievements of students in their development.

All participants were awarded certificates and letters of appreciation to the leading teachers.
Thus, the regional subject Olympiad has become an excellent event for the training and professional development of schoolchildren.
