“The rule of law in national and international law as a priority for the activities of the UN and sovereign states” live on Qazagstan TV September 6, 2019 Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Zhamaladen Ibragimov.

On September 6, 2019, an international scientific and practical conference was held on the theme: “The rule of law in national and international law as a priority for the activities of the UN and sovereign states”, attended by Academician E.B.Sydykov, Rector of the ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov, First Vice-Rector Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor A.A. Moldazhanova, members of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, judges of the Eurasian Economic Court, representatives of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as doctors of legal sciences, professors of RUDN University, Kazan of the University of known Kazakhstani lawyers, scientists, faculty members of the law faculty.

In the framework of the international scientific-practical conference, Doctor of Law, Ibragimov Zh.I. gave an interview on "Qazagstan TV" Ibragimov Zh.I. noted that the rule of law and development are closely interlinked and mutually reinforcing, that the adoption of the principles of the rule of law at the national and international levels is crucial for sustained and inclusive economic growth, sustainable development.

And also Ibragimov Zh.I. emphasized that, at the national level, the rule of law must be pursued in order to create conditions for sustainable livelihoods. The rule of law promotes development by enhancing the role of individuals by providing access to justice and providing legal protection in connection with a violation of the law.
